My Journey Began
with a gift from my grandmother – not just beads, but the precious gift of knowledge. She helped me develop my skills, sharing her expertise in jewelry making, teaching me everything from proper techniques to selecting quality materials. Most importantly, she taught me the art of creating perfectly fitted pieces for each unique recipient.
What began as a hobby
soon developed into something bigger. At 16, with my dad's encouragement and help, I took my first step into entrepreneurship by opening an Etsy shop. My first workspace was the floor of my bedroom – a creative chaos of beads, strings, and shipping supplies where each order was carefully crafted and packaged with love. As my little business grew, so did my needs. A small desk replaced my floor workspace, but I quickly outgrew that too...
Now I Create
from my own dedicated office space, thoughtfully organized to bring efficiency and joy to my creative process. Over the years, my designs have evolved and improved, shaped by experience, customer feedback, and continuous learning.
Looking back, I can see how each step – from those first lessons with my grandmother to my current studio space – has contributed to what CaitlynClareFlair is today. I'm so thankful for all my customers who have made this small business possible!
